Our goal is to have fun and provide affordable table tennis activities for adults and children.
Who Is Invited?
Everyone!!!
But in particular, we welcome children with no table tennis experience at all. The aim of our training is to teach the basic techniques of how to play table tennis.
We will cover equipment choices, basic stokes of fore-hand and back-hand, serve and serve return, fitness and table tennis points and matches.
How Much Does It Cost?
The total cost for the 9 weeks program is $180 per student. If paying week by week, it will cost $25 per week.
We require a club member registration which cost $30 per year. Click here to join.
When Does It Start?
The sessions start on Saturday 05/02/2022 and finish on Saturday 02/04/2022. There are 2 sessions allocated;
- 9 am - 10 am
- 10 am - 11 am
Please try to arrive 5 minutes before the class begins.
Who Are Our Coaches?
Each session is led by an accredited coach. Our coaches are;
- Tony is a level 2 accredited table tennis coach. He is also a qualified NSW teacher.
- Simon is a level 2 accredited table tennis coach.
- Connie is a level 2 accredited table tennis coach.
- Michael is a table tennis coach.
What Are We Offering In The Program?
Every Student will learn
- Basic table tennis rules;
- Forehand drives and forehand pushes;
- Backhand drives and backhand pushes;
- Serve and return serve
What Do We Provide?
We will provide all equipment required for the program.
This includes tables and balls.
What Do Players Need To Bring?
- A bat (optional, we sell basic bat)
- A towel.
- Plenty of water or fluids.

Padstow Park Public School assembly hall - Faraday Rd, Padstow.
Use Faraday Rd gate and parking available inside the school.
Padstow table tennis club is in the city of Canterbury Bankstown, it is located just 3 minutes off the M5 South-West Motorway, neighbouring Revesby, Picnic Point, Panania, East Hills, Belmore, Riverwood, Roseland. Or a short drive from St George and Sutherland Shire, Menai, Mortdale, Oatley, Bangor, Gymea, Miranda, Taren Point, Caringbah, Kirrawee.
Transport
You can also take a train to Padstow station, which is located on the East Hills line, served by Sydney trains T8 Airport and South line services
Or you can take a bus to Padstow from Hurstville, Bankstown, Miranda, Illawong, Menai, Sutherland, Gymea, Milperra, Peakhurst

Children must be collected at the end of the lesson and we do not have any child care arrangements.
